Thank you for supporting Heston Russell: Forging the Will to Fight. We’re committed to getting your copy into your hands as efficiently and safely as possible. Please read below for details on our shipping process.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please allow for potential delays during periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal disruptions, limited stock).
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping is available Australia-wide and to selected international destinations. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note: All shipping timeframes are estimates only. Once the package is with the courier, we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@hestonrussell.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of book sales, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
